Stay right in the heart of downtown Sheridan at the historic 
apartment building. This vintage apartment building features has a 
one bedroom apartment overlooking historic Main Street with a Queen 
size bed, clawfoot bathtub, fabulous furniture from the 50’s and a 
completely equipped kitchen. 
Need something with a little more quiet, the cute and cozy cottage 
on Loucks has all the charm and comfort of Grandma’s house. This one 
bedroom with a queen size bed offers all of the great stuff the 
apartment has to offer with the addition of a huge yard for your 
traveling companion to romp around in and an attached bunk house 
that can sleep up to 4 little campers in the summer.
And if that is not enough and you just need a little bit of space 
while you are in town on business, Wink’s serves up a fresh funky 
studio apartment with a queen size bed, full bath and complete 
kitchen so you don’t have to eat out every single meal!
All of our dwellings include linens, towels, and weekly maid service.

Sheridan has 3 amazing golf courses, great hunting and fishing in 
the Big Horn Mountains, 2 blocks from the West Loucks house is our 
beautiful city park with playgrounds, public pool and concerts in 
the summer. We are surrounded with the history of the west from 
Custer's Battlefield (1.5 hours), the Historic Sheridan Inn, Fort 
Phil Kearney and much more. Best of all we are right on the way to 
Yellowstone National Park. Sheridan has yet to be discovered as a 
tourist town, we are truly a prime example of a diamond in the rough!
