rental cottage. Our guests agree! 

Available for weekly, weekend or mid-week rentals, this luxurious, 
three-bedroom cottage will feel like your second home. It includes all 
the amenities you’ll need for an unforgettable family vacation. It's 
located on a wide channel waterway leading to Lake Erie, with fishing, 
canoeing and pedal-boating right in your backyard. And it’s just a 
short walk to Turkey Point beach!

Inside, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchen including a breakfast 
bar, double sink, dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven, microwave, 
coffee maker and all cooking/dining utensils and cutlery. We've hosted 
several gourmet chefs who've raved about our kitchen.

The luxurious, oversize bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi-style whirlpool 
soaker tub with shower and a vintage-style pedestal sink. Two bedrooms 
feature queen-size beds and generous closets. Our 'master' bedroom 
with queen-size bed includes a flat-screen television with "country 
cable" - a high-quality antenna receiver. The third bedroom offers a 
double bed and equally roomy closet. High-quality ceramic flooring is 
found in the main areas and bath, with Berber carpeting in all 
bedrooms. Settle in... it'll feel like home! Turkey Point is famous 
for its long, hot summers… but you’ll always be comfortable with 
central air conditioning and privacy blinds on all bedroom windows.
Gather in the open-concept living area to enjoy the 27" flat-screen 
Sony television with Bell ExpressVu receiver, DVD player and CD-
stereo. Watch movies, curl up with a classic novel, or have a family 
games night with our bulging treasure chest of games.

Through your huge rear sliding doors you’ll find an inviting, sunny 
deck that’s perfect for entertaining or tanning… with a propane 
barbeque and outdoor dining set with shade umbrella.

While you soak up the sun on the deck, you can watch your kids as they 
fish for bluegill sunfish, perch, catfish or pike in the channel... 
then take a leisurely excursion down the channel in the canoe or 
pedalboat that are included with your rental. You'll also find 
lifejackets and beach toys at the cottage.

Bring your canoe or kayak when you come to 34 Clubhouse Road! Your 
cottage features its own 'canoe-sized' boat ramp to launch canoes, 
kayaks or our pedalboat.

Central air conditioning, whirlpool tub, barbeque on rear deck, gourmet 
kitchen with breakfast bar, double sink, dishwasher, fridge, stove with 
oven, coffee maker and microwave, all kitchen utensils and cutlery, 27" 
flat-screen Sony television in Living Room with selection of Bell 
ExpressVu channels, DVD player, CD stereo with MP3 capability. 21" flat-
screen television in Master Bedroom with high-quality antenna receiver.

Fishing, canoeing and pedalboating right in your backyard, with 15-
foot canoe with paddles, pedalboat, lifejackets and beach toys 
included. Two kids' fishing rods and tackle for your use. Bring your 
canoe or kayak and enjoy our small launching ramp. Deck with propane 
barbeque and outside dining for six. TV, Bell ExpressVu channels, DVD, 
CD-stereo, videos, family games and children's toys.

Walk to one of Ontario’s best beaches. Close to several restaurants, 
Turkey Point Marina, shopping and groceries with LCBO, video rentals, 
Turkey Point Provincial Park and Golf Course, Long Point Provincial 
Park, mini-golf, arcade, fishing and boating in Lake Erie, fishing 
charters, jet-ski rentals, St. Williams Crown Forest, conservation 
areas including Long Point and Backus Mill, bird watching, nature 
trails for hiking or mountain biking.

$1,500 per week (Saturday to Saturday) June to September

$1,300 per week (Saturday to Saturday) before June or after September.

50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

Note: We do not recommend this rental cottage for families with young 
children, due to its location directly adjacent to an open channel 
waterway and its decor.
