This gorgeous San Diego non-smoking unit has direct beach access and 
a magnificent easterly view over Mission Bay of an early morning 
sunrise, a mid-day view of all the boats of the Mission Bay Yacht 
Club, and during the summer months an evening view of the awesome Sea 
World fireworks. 
Just one block to the west, you will come upon the chaotic activity 
of Oceanfront Walk with its many walkers, joggers, rollerbladers, 
cyclists, and others all scrambling to stay out of the way of the 
others. You will also find the roaring waves of the Pacific Ocean and 
a wide expansive beach. Also, just two to three blocks to the south, 
the Mission Beach roller coaster waits for you – a snappy two minute 
ride on one of the oldest roller coasters around. 

This vacation home is on the ground floor with a 50’ wide patio right 
on Bayside Walk and is ideally suited for a large group gathering or 
just sitting and enjoying fabulous people watching. The kitchen is 
fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, 
coffee pot,coffee grinder, can opener, mixer, etc. The unit also has 
three TVs, a DVD&VCR player, and stereo system. We even have a supply 
of sand toys(pails,shovels, sifters,etc) All linens are furnished – 
you need to just come and bring your bathing suit. Everything else is 
here (well almost everything) 

Our extra large patio adjacent to Bayside walk provides a great place 
to entertain or interact with the many joggers, bikers, walkers etc. 
and to view summertime Sea World Fireworks. 

The unit includes:Refrigerator,Toaster,Dishwasher,Stove and Oven, 
Blender,Microwave,Coffee Maker,Coffee Grinder,Iron,Ironing Board,

10 minutes from Sea World & Downtown -15 minutes to the Zoo, 30 
minutes to The Wild Animal Park, only a five minute walk to an old 
time roller coaster and other beach side amusements. Tons of Golf 
courses in the area. 

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES are as follows: $2,400/wk for July & August, 
$2,000/wk for June & September, $1,800/wk all other times.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit of 40% of the total rent is 
due at the time of booking your reservation. Final payment is due 30 
days prior to your arrival date. Your deposit is refundable, provided 
we are notified of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your 
arrival date. If we cannot re-rent less than 60 days prior to your 
arrival date, there will be no refund unless the unit is re-rented. 
If the unit is re-rented for the full length of the stay, your 
deposit will be refunded in total. All monies received are placed in 
a non-interest bearing account. During the summer season, rentals run 
from Saturday @ 3PM thru Sat @ 10AM. Off season rentals are for a 
minimum of five days.
