This third floor unit in Ocean Harbour was completely renovated in 
2006 with all new paint, new kitchen counters, new bathroom vanities 
and shower fixtures, new lighting and ceiling fans.  Condo has a 
pool, ocean view from our balcony, sleeps seven with queen in 
master, two twins in the guest room, queen sleeper sofa in the 
living room as well as a futon that folds to a twin.  Kitchen has 
all brand new appliances in addition to the new counters.  W/D

Ocean Harbour has a pool on site on the 2nd row, so the view of the 
beach in unobstructed(see photos).

Carolina Beach is the perfect family vacation spot.  Fort Fisher, 
the Aquarium, ferry rides to Southport, bike rentals along the 
Boardwalk, fishing charters, moonlit cruises, four wheel drive 
Freeman Park and the Carolina Beach State Park are all in close 
proximity to the condo.  In the summer family movies are shown 
outside at the Carolina Lake Park, which is about 2mi from the condo.

From Memorial-Labor Day the condo is available for Sat-Sat rentals 
for only $775/wk.  All other weeks throughout the year will be 
rented for $575/wk.  In the off season months of Sept-May, the condo 
is also avail. for 3 night weekend packages(Thurs-Sunday) at a rate 
of $375/weekend.  A security deposit of $200 is required for all 
rentals and will be fully refunded once the condo is inspected.  To 
reserve a time slot, a reservation fee of $100 is initially required 
to hold, with the remaining balance to be paid three weeks prior to
