with outdoor eating/entertaining facilities.

We are located two blocks from City Place, an extravagant outdoor 
mall known for its restaurants, shops and art galleries, blocks from 
Clematis street, which hosts numerous night clubs some with themes, 
and only 2 miles from Palm Beach's gorgeous ocean. Full lists of

We are one block from CityPlace, the "must see" popular downtown area 
of West Palm Beach, which includes activities for anyone and 
everyone. The Palm Beach Convention Center, Kravis Center, Clematis 
Street, and Norton Museum of Art are just some of the attractions 
located within a couple of blocks. We are less than one mile to the 
beautiful sparkling blue ocean waters of Palm Beach. Also within two 
blocks is Howard Park - a picturesque park for the whole family to 
enjoy, there are two playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, a 
walking/jogging trail, and a dog park. 

Short term stays available at $300 per night.

Nov 01-Apr 30 .. $625 week, plus 10.5% Florida Rental & Sales Tax.

A Deposit is required at time of reservation to secure your week 
requested and will be returned within two weeks of your departure 
date.

If cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, entire amount will be 
refunded less $100 processing fee.
If cancelled between 2 weeks and 45 days prior to arrival date, the 
security deposit will be forfeited.
If cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date, only 10% of total will 
be refunded.
