Aloha and welcome to our little piece of paradise. We have two non-
smoking studio condo units #115 (ground level) and #319 (top level)
for rent located in the beachfront complex islander on the beach in
Kapaa, HI. They are located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront
acres. Each condo features a balcony (#319) or lanai (#115) where
you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and ocean views and each are only a
few strides away from your own private beach. Each unit has been
renovated as of January 2005 and features two full sized beds, all
necessary linens, kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave,
toaster oven, coffee maker, and granite countertops. Other amenities
include: Travertine stone flooring throughout, a 27-inch flat screen
TV with cable, DVD Player, RCA mini stereo system, air conditioning,
electronic safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, island-style
furnishings and Hawaiian artwork. Telephone and wireless Internet
access are also available in the lobby. Soak up the sun in the ocean-
side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi with a Mai Tai from the poolside
Tiki hut bar. There are also BBQ grills by the pool and laundry
facilities onsite for your convenience. There is also snorkel gear
in the unit available for your enjoyment!
Centrally located in the town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both
the north and south shore. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern
Grotto are less than two miles away where you can boat, hike and/or
kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut
Marketplace, which has over 60 specialty shops, restaurants, and a
movie theatre. Note: Our units rent for approximately $195.00-
$225.00 per night when booked through the onsite property
management. Our Nightly Rate is $95.00 (min. 3-night stay). Weekly
$595.00 Plus a $65.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a fully
refundable $100.00 security deposit + applicable taxes.
