This is a jewel, a beautiful private cottage, one block from the 
Bay. 
Just right for a romantic getaway or a quiet retreat. If you've 
never 
been to Baywood, this is what Carmel and Santa Barbara used to be 
like. A largely undiscovered treasure, in Baywood there is nothing 
to 
do but, stroll along the bay, eat at gourmet restaurants, explore 
numerous nature preserves, meet relaxed and friendly people or just 
be 
alone and enjoy the serene quiet. Breathe the fresh pine scented 
air. 
Kayak the bay, get a wonderful cappuccino at Copa d'Oro, bird watch, 
hike, enjoy the farmers market or…… For serious shopping, you're just 
7 minutes from the town of Morro Bay and it's antique shops and 
fishing, and only 15 minutes to San Luis Obispo and it's movie 
theatres, restaurants and night life. 

When you arrive you'll walk down the rose lined path to our cottage 
and you'll find, a quiet private little garden, with decks, tables 
and 
chairs and a barbeque. Open the French doors and enter through the 
Garden Room with a beautiful couch/ double bed for your sleepy 
afternoons. There is a stereo and dining table complete with 
candles. 
The airy bedroom / main room features a heavenly king size bed, 
skylight, TV with cable and DVD, a gas fired stove/heater, good size 
closet and drawers and a comfy reading chair. The kitchen has a 
generous size refrigerator, microwave, large toaster/oven and an 
indoor grill. (No full oven though) There's a new coffee maker and 
all 
the essentials for preparing your meals, if you so choose. The 
bathroom features an antique claw foot tub, with hand shower, 
intimate 
lighting and views of the orange tree and garden. Towels and linens 
are provided. 

This is a special place. It's not for everybody. But if you are

boards, knives, spices, cleaning supplies, (sorry no full-size stove)

Bathroom: Antique clawfoot tub with hand shower, all new plumbing, 
heater, paper supplies, hair dryer, bath, hand and face towels,

Outdoors: Assigned parking, private entrance, fully fenced, private

Walk to the little village of Baywood Park, Kayak on the bay, horse 
back 
ride in Montano de Oro State Park, Hike in countless preserves and 
scenic areas, explore the Central Coast from Baywood to Hearst 
Castle, 
Cambria and Big Sur.  Fifteen minutes to San Luis Obispo and the 
charming downtown shopping, movies, restaurants, explore the areas 
great 
wineries..... or just enjoy the peace and tranquility of your own
