Black Butte Ranch is a private gated community which is located 7 
miles west of Sisters, Oregon and offers year round activities for 
almost everyone.  
There are four swimming pools located on the Ranch with one 
being covered for year round use.   

Two 18 hole championship golf courses with driving ranges, 23 tennis 
courts and 18 miles of bike paths are just the start of the amenities 
offered.  
There are canoe, kayak and paddleboat rentals as well as fly fishing 
(catch & release) in the lakes on the property.

$185/night plus 8% room tax and $85 cleaning. 
Holiday weekends minimum 3 nights. 
Weekly special $1,200 includes tax and cleaning. 

High season  June 15 - Sept 15
$250 / night plus 8% room tax and $85 cleaning.
July and August one week rentals minimum - $1,890 per week includes 
room tax and cleaning. 
Last minute rentals of less than one week may be possible - check 
calendar.   

Deposit of 50% of total due at time of reservation, balance due 2 
weeks prior to arrival.  Refunds only if re-rented. 

Maximum occupancy 8 persons. 
No pets and No smoking. 
Violations of any terms and conditions are grounds for immediate 
eviction with no refund of rental fees.
