Complex directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. Located in a quiet 
residential area, and just a few short steps to the beach.

This is the perfect unit for the family on a budget or a couple that 
wants lots of space. This is a very LARGE villa that's bright and 
open with lots of glass and tile throughout.  Both TV’s have cable 
and A/V plug in. You'll also find a personal computer with high-speed 
digital Internet access on an encrypted wireless network plus 
everything else you might want or need while on vacation. 

We put easy slide bamboo/wood retractable walls across the opening 
between the living and dining area and across the bar opening to the 
kitchen...Creating two sleeping areas. The sofa in the living area is 
a queen sleeper, and we also added a set of full size bunk beds 
(Serta mattresses).

The master bedroom and the living/bedroom both have private access to 
the center area of this unit...The kitchen, dining area, utility room 
and a door to the bath.

The full kitchen w/pantry has everything you normally find in your 
own home. Parking is right outside your door in our private lot with 
security lighting. There is even a laundry room in the building for 
your use 24 hours a day. In the laundry area you’ll find books, 
games, magazines, puzzles, etc…Bikes in the garage.

PLEASE NOTE:  We do all our own cleaning and maintenance so 
everything is up to date and very clean. We add lots of little extras 
to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. Owner on site.

PETS: We do allow two quiet well-mannered dogs or cats with no weight 
restrictions. There are no additional fees for pets. 

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps up to 6 people. Queen-size bed in 
master bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Full size bunk 
beds.

SMOKING: Smoking is allowed in our outside areas...Covered patios 
and/or wrap balcony.

Computer with high speed digital Internet access, encrypted wireless 
network, 2 TV's with upgraded cable and A/V plug in,DVD,VCR, Fully 
equipped kitchen with toaster, blender, microwave, stove w/self 
cleaning oven, dishwasher,garbage disposal, pots & pans, baking 
dishes, and everything you have at home. All linins, towels, beach 
towels, throws, pet throws. Beach 
chairs, cart for beach, beach toys, skim boards, adult bikes, Gas and 
Charcoal BBQ's, Laundry room (coin op) open 24 hours, Well cared for 
quality furnishings, Small library with books-magazines-games, large 
private courtyard-escape proof for pets,Car wash area, parking right 
outside your doow in our private security lit parking lot.  

A short, convenient drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the 
area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see 
any one of them as a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the 
day, St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at 
your back door), Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona 
Speedway (half hour), a variety of great golf courses, plus another 
endless number of things to fill your leisure hours. And don’t forget 
the beach just a few short steps away.

have been professionally decorated and furnished with quality 
furnishings.
