This is the cozy cabin you've been looking for! Three bedrooms, two 
full baths, with hot tub, beautiful fireplace, fully equipped 
kitchen (even a fondue pot), down comforters, cozy robes, adult and 
kid's bikes, and many extras. The location is excellent - on a quiet 
cul-de-sac in easy walking distance to the mall and lodge. This 
house is very family-friendly with lots of games, foosball table, 
high chair and crib. But it's also the perfect cabin for a romantic 
get-away! 

Our cozy cabin sleeps a maximum of 12 in beds (2 queen beds, six 
bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa) with a bunk room that the kids 
will love. We have recently updated the house with all new large and 
small appliances, beds, bedding, towels, furniture, three 
TV/DVD/VCR's, and new decorations with a distinctly European feel.

Cozy AND Hip!  The cabin is equipped with all new appliances,kitchen 
ware, furniture, beds, TVs, and linens and towels. Wood burning 
fireplace, phone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD/VCR, 
stereo, CD player, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, 
refrigerator, ice maker, linens and towels provided, cozy robes, 
down comforters, washer and dryer, private hot tub, covered parking, 
gas grill, horse shoe pit and bicycles for the entire family.

We provide EIGHT pool and tennis passes which allow you unlimited 
access to the pools and tennis courts!  Pools are open from Memorial 
Day through the end of September.

Sunriver is a wonderful place for the family or that romantic get-
away!  Activities that are in Sunriver or nearby include:  hiking, 
rock climbing, biking, golf, tennis, racquetball, fitness center, 
gym, shuffleboard, horseshoes, miniature golf, fishing, wildlife 
viewing, horseback riding, sleigh rides, shopping, restaurants, 
cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, rafting, downhill and cross 
country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and sledding.

Fall and Spring:  $170/night (stay two nights, get two nights 
free)
Ski Season:  $195/night
Summer:  $225/night 
Holidays and Holiday Weeks:  $250/night

A full refund of the deposit will be given if dates are cancelled at 
least two weeks before arrival (minus a $25 service fee).  If 
cancelled one week before departure, deposit is forfeited.
