You will be staying in a direct oceanfront view corner unit 
condo on the 3rd floor. Living room has direct straight-on view and 
view up the coast to the north (windows on two sides). Both bedrooms 
have direct view of the beach. This unit is closest to the beach in 
the whole building. Sitting on the balcony is practically like 
sitting on the sand below. No road to cross -- walk out the building 
onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet beach with miles 
of sand in either direction.

Just updated with upscale tastes -- fresh paint, new carpet, all new 
furniture, new artwork, new TVs. Cable TV in both bedrooms and 
living room. Big screen plasma TV in living room. Spacious 
master bedroom suite with Queen-size bed, walk-in-closet, and vanity 
area. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle bed. Sleeper 
sofa in living room. Kitchen fully equipped.

We are 8 miles south of Cocoa Beach, 56 miles east of the Orlando 
airport (MCO). Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at 
night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach 
and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. Satellite 
Beach / Melbourne area has great restaurants, a world-class tennis 
center minutes away, and golf close by.

Our condo is licensed by the State of Florida and Brevard County for 
weekly rental, having passed inspection for compliance with state 
regulations governing fire code, health and safety. Not many private 
condo rentals can make this claim!
