The cottage is air conditioned has 3 bedrooms,and can accommodate 7

The cottage is built on a double grassy lot with a canopy covered
picnic table, charcoal grill, a outdoor fire pit with benches, and a
porch swing between two trees.

In our equipment shed you'll find 3 adult and 1 childs bikes.

The cottage 1 1/2 blocks to the lake where many fish are caught.

Bath room eqipped with shower,commode, sink and storage cabinet.

Living Room has color TV, Stero, VCR,

Front Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 fold up single bed.
Rear Bedroom has 1 double bed. 
3rd Bedroom has 2 single beds

Kitchen is equipped with: Pots and pans, coffee maker,dishes,
silverware, microwave, mixer, crock pot, electric can opener, toster,
gas ovem, electric gilll,kitchen utensil and refrigerator.

Pymatuning dam lake has 75 miles of shoreline , 17 X 2 miles in area.

It is a fishermans paradise with muskie, walleye,bass,and blue gill 
fish.
Horse power is linited to 9.9 HP.  Many sailboats utilize this lake.

Attractions:
    Spillway, Andover Golf Club, pymatuning water slides, PA fish
hatchery, Waterfowl Museum, Conneaut Lake Park,Six Flags of Ohio ( 2
hours drive) Restaurants in Andover, Conneaut Lake.

Food shopping at Sparkle Market in Andover 4 miles from cottage.

$ 450.00 per week. Check in Sunday at 2:00 PM check out Saturday at  
        
    12:00 PM    Week run Sunday to Saturday.
  A $ 150.00 down payment towards the $ 450.00 rent is required to   
     hold the reservation.Balance of $ 300.00 due 2 weeks before   
rental date.
  A seperate $ 200.00 Security deposit required. It is returned with 
   in 2 weeks if cottage is left in the same condition as found.

  Cancellation policy: 90 Day notice full refund, 60 days 1/2 refund.
