Kiawah Island's pristine, 10-mile beach is a short, four-minute walk
of 200 yards or so from our cottage. The swimming pool is between our
cottage and the beach. There are several grocery stores, vegetable
markets, and fish markets within a few miles. Charleston is an easy
25-minute drive. You'll want to spend time in Charleston, especially
during the day when the old straw market is open. Charleston and the
nearby plantations are filled with rich history, and there are many
great restaurants there, too. The entire island is linked with
walking and biking paths. Kiawah is also well known for its golf and
tennis. Bike rental is available on the Island by the day or week. No
pets, please.

Our cottage has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In one of the
rooms is a queen-size bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin
beds. There is also a pullout couch. Bath towels and linens are
supplied. The kitchen is ready to use, and there is an outdoor gas
grille,so all you need to take is food. Our cottage has a washer,
dryer, and two television sets, with cable connection. The television
set in the main living area has a DVD player.
