High Season - $190/night plus tax
Low Season - $165/night plus tax

Minimum stay: Four (4) nights. 10 night minimum stay for visits
between December 15 - January 10.

Less than minimum stay will be assessed a cleaning fee:
1-bedroom cleaning fee - $65.00

Rates: All rates subject to change and do not include 11.42% Hawaii
State and Hotel Taxes.

Check-in: After 3:00pm. Check-out before 10:00am

Deposit: $125 non-refundable deposit to confirm booking. Visa,
MasterCard or a check in U.S. funds will be accepted. All bookings are
subject to a $25 reservation fee.

Full payment: Due on all reservations 30 days prior to arrival in low
season and 60 days prior to arrival in high season.

Non-smoking: The Kealia Resort is a non-smoking building in accordance
with Hawaii state law.
