Our 3-bedroom 2-bath home is fully equipped for your enjoyment.

Comfortably sleeps 8; king master suite with full bath and walk-in
closet; (1) queen; (2) twins with walk-in closet and a queen sleeper
sofa. Each room has a ceiling fan and cable TV. All linens and

are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all major

and for last minute needs, an in-unit washer/dryer is available.

A deposit of $100.00 will hold your reservation with the remainder
due 4
weeks before arrival. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights with an
added
cleaning fee of $55.00 for any stay of less than 7 nights. Discounts
are
available for stays of 10 nights or more.

All monies will be refunded if cancellation is made in writing prior
to 2
weeks before arrival. If cancellation is made with less than 2 weeks
of
arrival a $50.00 service fee will be retained.
