Our Gold Rated Studio is located in the Liftside Building in the
Resort,
The Village of Breckenridge. It is on the top floor the "Quiet
Floor", only
ten units on this floor.

The Unit has a New Queen Size bed, Sleeper sofa (all linens and
towels provided), completely furnished full size Kitchen, Multi-use
Bathroom, Cable TV, DVD and VCR.

The studio has just been remodeled with new Carpet, Tile, Blinds,
Sinks and Fixtures, Microwave, Dishwasher and Range. One entire wall
is covered with mirrors. Our Studio is a completed furnished "HOME"
for you to enjoy and it is ideal for a couple or a small family.

We are only one-half block from Breckenridge's Main Street for
Shopping and Great Restaurants and less than 300 steps to Quicksilver
Chair Lift at the Base of Peak 9.

We are close to Grocery Stores, Breck Recreation Center, Riverwalk
Center, Ice Arena, the Nordic Center and four other Great Ski Areas.

Breckenridge is loaded with activities all year, from Skiing in the
Winter
to Music in the Summer. There are so many activities, year round in
the
area you will not have time to rest...

No need for a vehicle, the Summit Stage and the Town Trolley (Free
Bus Service)have a stop less than one-half block from Liftside. The
buses can take you anywhere in the town or the county for you to
shop,
eat or try other ski areas. Please NO PETS and NO SMOKING!!

The Village Has Heated Underground Parking, Exercise Room,
Indoor/Outdoor Pool/ Hot Tubs, Steam Room, Dry Sauna, Game/Video
Room, Shower/Locker Room, Pool Table. After a Hard Day of Activities
You Can Have a Message from Blue Sage Spa Located in the Pool
Area. Maggie Pond on the Grounds You Can Ice Skate in the Winter or
Use a Paddle Boat in the Summer.
