northwest of Fairplay, 25 minutes south of Breckenridge and atop a ridge overlooking
Sheep Mountain and Mt. Sherman. Stunning views abound up here at 11,000 feet! Our
home makes a superb base camp for biking, hiking, skiing, fishing, wildlife viewing, and
much more! Either for a romantic getaway or a vacation for you and your kids, our 3
bedroom/2 bath home is not too big, not too small. Stretch out on the deck and enjoy
the crisp clean mountain air. Curl up with a book by the fireplace. Bring a video or DVD,
cook a gourmet meal and enjoy it inside or on the covered deck! Let Colorado's
mountains do what they do best — refresh your soul!

3 bedrooms: Master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom
with shower.

The other bedrooms have a queen bed, and a twin and full-sized futon.
Kitchen is fully stocked with: Enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen, complete with: teflon pots
and pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove,
coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster and spices.

There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Nearby activities:

Hike or walk. The surrounding roads provide plenty of peaceful and scenic
exercise without having to drive anywhere, or, you can take advantage of many
National Forest trails in Pike National Forest, such as in the Buffalo Peaks Wilderness
area.

Skiing/biking/hiking in Breckenridge, only 25 minutes drive over Hoosier Pass

Hot springs in Buena Vista, 45 minute drive west.

Shop and dine in Breckenridge or Fairplay

Climb a 14er. Mt. Sherman is only miles away. It's reputation is that it's one of
the easier fourteeners to climb.

Fish. South Park is known for excellent fly fishing.

Mountain or road bike. There are many road or mountain bike trails around
Fairplay and South Park. There is a bike trail along Hwy. 9 from Fairplay to Alma.

Visit South Park City, a historic 1880s mining town and museum.

Horseback ride. There are at least two outfitters nearby off Highway 285.

* If you require extra cleaning service during your extended stay, that will cost
$100 per visit, otherwise, the cleaning fee after your departure is included in your
rental. Extra towels and linens are available as well as a washer/dryer for your
convenience. A refundable $300 security deposit is also required.
