Reservation Deposits: A required a $250.00 Security Deposit plus a
50% deposit to hold the reservation.

Security Deposit to be refunded after your departure and inspection
for damage, return of keys and review of phone billing statements.
All deposits are held in non-interest bearing accounts.All rentals
are charged the applicable sales tax (8%). Housekeeping services are
not provided. A $100.00 cleaning fee is charged to rentals.This unit
has laundry facilities and cleaning supplies for your convenience.

Credit Cards: Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Your personal
check is fine.


Cancellations: No refunds.
