LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! You can't get much better views
than this and be able to walk down to the beach. The kitchen has
hardwood floors and granite counter tops. The master bath has just
been remodeled and has a large walk-in shower. Plenty of room on the
deck for a great sunset BBQ. You can fall asleep listining to the
waves
and sounds of the ocean. It doesn't get much more relaxing than
this.
There is plenty of privacy in this home. You are just minutes away
from
shopping and restaurants.

2 Bedrooms each with king size beds and TV's in each room. There is
also a room off of the garage with 1 queen bed and a bunk bed for a
small additional charge. Great
for kids! The living room has a TV and VCR/DVD player.
There is a bar/game room with poker table, chips and cards. Also a
bar
with plenty of bar glasses. There is a computer desk with printer.
All
you have to do is bring your laptop. Unlimited USA long distant
calls.
The kitchen is equiped with all the necessities to cook your
favorite
meal. You only have to buy your food. You might even find a little
of
that.
There are plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, pillows etc. to make
your
stay comfortable

There is so much to do in this area and one of my favorites is the
jet
boat ride up the Rogue River. There is plenty of ocean fishing and
crabbing. Rafting is always fun in one of the many rivers. If you
like
fishing this is the area for it. You can always golf at our local
golf
course which is within 6 miles or you can take a 90 minute drive up
the
coast to the popular Bandon Dunes Golf Club. There is shopping and
resturants. If you just want to stay home you can always go
beachcombing just a few yards away. Oh and by the way you can
always whale watch out your living room window!

$275 per day or $1500 per week

March 1 thru October 31
$350 per day or $2200 per week

$150 cleaning fee per stay
$150 per stay for additional room off of garage (sleeps 4)
