stay comfortable. Condo is on ground floor for easy access with no
steps. 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants. Many rivers to fish
nearby as well as great ocean fishing and crabbing. Salmon Run golf
course is within 10 minutes. There are so many things to do once you
get here including whale watching that you will want to come back
again and again.

Living room has wonderful views of ocean with large TV and VCR/DVD
player. Kitchen is fully furnished with pots, dishes, glasses,
coffee maker, microwave and more. Bedrooms each have a TV and
king
bed. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The condo is in a gated
complex. There is a walking path down to the beach. There is
unlimited use of USA long distant phone calls.

Whale Watching, fishing, crabbing, golfing, hiking, boating, river
rafting plus more. There is so much to do in this area you will
need to return time after time to get it all in.

2 day mininum and holidays are 3 day minimum
$150.00 per night or $850 per week
Cleaning Fee $75 per stay. Security Deposit $250 Deposit will be
forfeited with less than 45 days written notice of
cancellation. You may be entitled to a partial refund minus a
$50.00 administrative fee if condo is re-rented. Refund amount is
based on number of days condo is re-rent for all or some of the days
scheduled at the same or higher rate. If cancellation is made prior
to 45 days of arrival you are entitled to a full refund minus a
$50.00 administrative fee. Balance of security deposit will be
refunded by mail within 14 days of departure.
