Our home is a modern, 3 bedroom, 2. 5 bath, 2-level home in the
Newcastle/Bellevue suburb of Seattle on the Eastside of Lake
Washington within 20 minutes of downtown Seattle and 10 minutes from
downtown Bellevue.
Summer in Seattle is as good as it gets anywhere, with long days of
sunshine, warm temperatures and little or no rain. Our home has a
large deck with territorial and Lake Washington Views.
The house features a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, family
room, office and bathroom on the lower level. From this level, one
walks out to the yard, two level deck and hot tub with waterfall pond.
On the deck is a gas BBQ. The kitchen is modern, with granite
countertops and modern appliances. Furnished appliances include juice
squeezer, espresso machine, coffee maker, oven and stove, dishwasher
and garbage disposal.
The upper level features the master bedroom and large bathroom
including large tub, separate spacious shower, and double sinks. The
master bedroom contains a walnut queen-sized sleigh bed and 27" TV in
large Dresser. There is a queen-size bed in the guest room and third
office/bedroom and another full bathroom.
The house includes a 1-car garage. The house is in a residential area
on the outskirts of Seattle.

The WA house has a view of Lake Washington, as well as Southeastern
territorial and foothill views. While Seattle has a public bus system,
it is recommended that you have a car. Many of the sights and
attractions cannot be reached practically without a car, such as Mt.
Rainier, the San Juan Islands, the ocean beaches, the Cascade and
Olympic mountains, etc. Mt. Rainier is the second tallest mountain in
the continental USA and is approximately 75 miles from Seattle. It is
snow-capped year round and is a spectacular sight, grandly visible
from Seattle.
The house is close to shopping and restaurants, but not within easy
walking distance of most shops. The nearest grocery store is
approximately 1 mile from the home in the small city of Newcastle,
while Renton and Bellevue are about 5 miles. Renton and Bellevue
contain numerous restaurants, movie theatres, grocery stores and shops
and is convenient for everyday shopping items. Newcastle has two
supermarkets for daily shopping and a few small restaurants for the
quick trip out including a popular Chinese restaurant.
A very beautiful golf course with incredible Seattle views and an
excellent pub and restaurant is a short distance away, Newcastle Golf
and Country Club.

Weekly Rates:
- September through May $500/week
- June through August $900/week
Rates above include all utilities and tax. 25% of rent is due to
make your reservation. The balance is due one month prior to your
arrival date. A $300 security and damage deposit is required, which
will be refunded in full if the home is left undamaged.
