bathroom. Third level has bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom.
Each bedroom has deck overlooking Lake Washington. Home has non-
obstructed, sweeping views of Mercer Island, Seward Park and the City
of Seattle. Steps to the dock and water access. Enjoy the fabulous
summer in Seattle with boating, canoeing, swimming, kayaking,
fishing, Seafair
and the ever-changing scenery! Or just sit on the dock, basking in the
sunshine.

The house is furnished with a queen-size bed and two twin beds.
Additionally, a large leather couch in the living room can be used for
sleeping, but it is not a sleeper-sofa.

Appliances include a fridge, oven with cooktop, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender and
washer/dryer. The house includes a large television in the living
room, plus one smaller television in the upper bedroom, CD/DVD player
and AM/FM stereo.

The house is wired with cable and includes high-speed Internet access.
No computer is furnished, but you can bring your laptop!

Swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing - all water sports! The
house is furnished with a canoe and a one-person kayak. Life-jackets
are mandatory for usage of the water-sports equipment.

The house is located about 20 minutes from the downtown Seattle City
Center and about 20 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma International
Airport. It is in a residential area of the city, but is close to
shopping, restaurants and movie theatres.

In the nearby vicinity are the San Juan Islands, which can be visited
by ferry. Mt. Rainier is about an hour and a half by car. Seattle is
also close to the Canadian cities of Vancouver and Victoria.

$3,000/month

Weekly Rates:
Summer - $1,200/week
Other - $800/week


Rates above include all utilities and tax. 50% of rent is due to lock
your reservation, and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival
date. If less than 30 days until arrival, payment in full is required
with rental agreement execution. A $300 cleaning deposit is required,
which will be refunded in full if the home is left clean and
undamaged. Payment may be made via PayPal, if desired. One week
minimum rental preferred, but alternate arrangements are possible.
