cooktop, dishwasher,garbage disposal, microwave, reverse-osmosis
drinking water supply, coffee maker, blender and washer/dryer.
The house includes two televisions, BBQ, CD/DVD player and AM/FM
stereo. The house is wired with cable and includes high-speed
Internet access. Bring your laptop!

Anthem is built around the award-winning, PGA-listed Anthem
Golf course. In addition to the golf course and club-house, the
Anthem facilities include a community center which hosts frequent
events and gatherings for a wide-range of interests. Anthem
caters to active adults and includes a well-equipped fitness
center, two pools (including a lap pool), outdoor jacuzzi-pool,
restaurant, tennis courts, billiards, bocce-ball courts, a
computer room (with free Internet access) and a library. Please
note that while there is a pool at the house - the two Anthem swimming
pools and jacuzzi pool are also within easy access of the house. The
pools can be enjoyed year-round, as they are heated during the cooler
periods.

The house is located near several restaurants, grocery stores,
a multiple outlet store and many other shops offering the day-to-
day necessities and amenities.

The Phoenix area enjoys mild, warm days - even in winter - that
enable year-round outdoors activities. Golfing, hiking, swimming,
walking and bicycling opportunities are abundant. The Anthem
Community Center offers classes and group meetings in drawing and
painting, stained glass-making, investing, quilting, tennis, golf,
bocce ball, hiking, aerobics, swimming, dancing and many other

- November and December $4000/month


Weekly Rates:

- January through April $2500/week
- May through October $2000/week
- November and December $2200/week


Rates above include all utilities and tax. 50% of rent is due
to lock your reservation, and the balance is due 30 days prior to
your arrival date. A $900 security and damage deposit is required,
which will be refunded in full if the home is left undamaged and the
lease terms are not violated. Pets may be considered. If allowed,
a non-refundable pet deposit/cleaning fee will be required.

September - October time frame.
