This newly renovated beach front condominium is located in Rincon de
Guayabitos, a tranquil seaside village, 40 miles north of Puerto
Vallarta on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. This condo is on the top
floor with views of the mountains from both bedrooms and the ocean
from the living room and terrace.

The condo is air conditioned with each bedroom featuring a queen sized
bed and mirrored closet doors. Two bathroom have marble counters with
walk-in showers. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel
appliances, full sized refridgerator, stove, washer/dryer and
microwave. Sliding glass doors lead out to the terrace, which
overlooks the BBQ area, infinity pool and the oceanfront. The condo is
equipped with First Choice satellite TV, wireless internet service and
a DVD player.

The condos are located on a two mile stretch of sandy gently sloping
beach, ideal for swimming, walking and sunbathing. They are a short
walk of grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

Fresh fish and seafood are caught daily by fishermen, and in ready
supply. Deep sea fishing, whale watching and beach walks are all
popular pastimes. Taxis and buses are available to transport you into
Puerto Vallarta for a day trip if the mood strikes you.

$1000.00 per week (10% premium per week Jan. - March)
$750. per week for stays of 4 weeks or longer

Christmas (December 18 - January 6)$175.00 per night

Summer Rates (May 1 - November 30) $800.00 per week

Would consider a home exchange in the month of November for
approximately one week.
