Luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa situated in Loma Vista
Davenport. Fully air-conditioned with a large pool (32ftx16ft)
The villa is situated on a quarter acre of land in an end position
with an open outlook and a screened south facing pool
The villa consists of a lounge which is furnished to a very high
standard and is tastefully decorated
It consists ofthree three seater settees, coffee table, end table,
lamps,video unit with 100 channel cable 52 inch television,dvd
player/ cd player
The dining room is furnished with a beautiful table and comfortably
seats eight
The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern facility
The master bedroom has a bedroom suite and 32inch wallmounted LCD
television.
The master bathroom is en-suite and consists of large tub and shower
and double handbasins.
There is a seperate toilet and changing facility within the suite and
plenty storage area
The double bedroom has en-suite with shower and bath and storage
facility
The two twin bedrooms have storage facility and share the third
bathroom containing bath and shower
The extended patio has 4 sunloungers and a table for eight.
A seperate external shower is provided
The pool is extra large at 33ftx16ft
The double garage holds the washing mahine and seperate drier
The pool is cleaned weekly
The lawn is cut weekly
There is a maid service between rentals to maintain the very high
standard of cleanliness in this villa

The following villa rates are based on eight people staying at the
villa for one week and is inclusive of sales /tourist tax.

Once received your reservation is considered reserved (guaranteed)
Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has
been received
Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date
Cancellations:
Any payments made minus an administation fee of $100/50 uk will be
refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 21 days prior to
the check-in date, the entire payment and the reservation deposit
will be forfeited.
A discount of 5% is available for a 3 week booking and 10% on a 4
week booking.
