bedrooms #2 and 3 have double beds. The living room is furnished with 
comfortable hand crafted furniture with TV and Cable. The Kitchen is 
fully furnished with a full bar, electric stove, and refrigerator w/ 
ice maker. The laundry/utility room has a full sized washer, dryer 
and utility sink. This large spacious home has ceiling fans 
throughout and plenty of parking with a circular driveway. Enjoy the 
screened in front porch, outside shower and grill. Enjoy strolls on 
the beach and soak up all the sun you could possibly want. Check your 
email or surf the Internet on the computer that is furnished or bring 
your own lap top to enjoy free wireless access. North Myrtle Beach is 
known for having the area's widest, cleanest, and safest beaches and 
popular fishing piers. Only minutes to the best restaurants, great 
night life and over 100 golf courses. 

Barefoot Landing is close by and features over 100 
shops, restaurants and entertainment venues such as the House of 
Blues and Alabama Theater, as well as Alligator Adventure, a popular 
destination for children. The shops are located directly beside the 
inter-coastal waterway which provides a beautiful setting. 

Also located just south on Rt 17 is Tanger Outlets which boasts 
stores such as Polo, Ann Taylor Loft, Gap, Guess, Coach, and more. 
Golf is available at over 100 championship courses nearby. Finally we 
are only minutes away from Broadway at the Beach, the infamous 
Ripley's Aquarium, IMAX Theatre, Carolina Opry, the Dixie Stampede,

Check-in/Checkout Times. CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND 
CHECKOUT is 12 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout unless 
prearranged with Owners. 
 Age and Maximum Occupancy. 
The maximum number of guests is limited to the amount confirmed at 
Time of reservation. This is only 6 people unless pre-arranged with 
owners.  An additional charge or $10.00 per person per 
night for additional guests. Minimum of 18 years old to reserve.

This is a NON SMOKING unit. A $100.00 fee will be charged for any 
Evidence of smoking inside the property      

Rentals are normally done from Saturday to Saturday - but in some 
cases we are flexible. Rental Fees: June, July August: $850 per week: 
September and May: $750 per week: October thru April: $650 per week: 
Deposit required in advance for reservation. - $150 refundable 
cleaning/security deposit- per contract aggrement 
Payments must be made via Check or Money order and in some cases via 
Pay Pal 
PETS are permitted in rentals only with prior approval. A non 
Refundable $100.00 pet fee applies. All pets must be leashed at all 
Times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet 
refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence 
of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be 
up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. 
Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be 
treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent 
three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks can cause 
harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the 
sole responsibility of the pet owner. The home owners assume no 
responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur 
while on the premises. 
Checkout Policy. We do NOT provide departure cleaning for you 
(unless  otherwise noted). We ask that you please: take out the 
trash, wash  the dishes, bed linens and towels  sweep or vacuum the 
floors, make sure all trash and spills are removed from under /behind 
the furniture and floor, start a load of laundry, leave keys in 
kitchen, close and lock all windows and doors and secure the 
property.
