CASES, FITTED SHEET, FLAT SHEET AND BLANKET!! ALL BEDS AND PILLOWS 
HAVE PROTECTIVE COVERINGS TO INSURE A DUST AND ALLERGEN FREE STAY. NO 
SMOKING OR PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE COTTAGES! YOU MIGHT ALSO ENJOY

Dam Strip with a life of it's own!

Rates are based on 4 people.

Cabins:
Resort is Open March 1st through November 15th.
$125 per night 
$375 Three Nights 
$625 Five Nights 
Weekly Rate $750 (7th Night is Complimentary)

There is a 3 night minimum for all holiday weekends. 
Tax will be charged in addition to above rates. 
We do not accept personal or business checks. 
A 3% administrative fee will be added if you choose to use a credit 
card for payment. 


Policies:

Deposit
All reservations of 3 days or less require $125.00 deposit per cabin. 
All reservations of 3 or more days require $250.00 per cabin. 
Deposits will be applied to cabin rental balance. This deposit is 
only refundable with cancellations that are made 30 days prior to the 
arrival date. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to 
arrival, deposit will be nonrefundable upon cancellation.

Provisions
You should bring your food, coffee, clothes, favorite beverage, beach 
towels, paper towels, flotation if you plan to swim in the lake, 
shower soap, shampoo and charcoal for the grill if you plan to BBQ. 
We provide just about everything else including six each of, bath, 
hand and face towels. If you think you will need more, please bring 
them with you. The towels provided are not to leave the cabin, so 
please bring your own beach towels.

Checkout Procedure
Checkout is normally at or before 11:00 a.m. on the date of your 
departure. Please have all dishes, pots & pans, etc. cleaned and put 
back where they were when you arrived. Please have all trash in bags 
and outside in the receptacle provided at the property. Our 
housekeeping staff will take care of used towels (Please put towels 
in shower) and linens. Additional housekeeping charges may be 
assessed and charged to your credit card if the property is left 
extremely untidy. We cannot be responsible for lost or left behind 
articles. If found, we will make every attempt to mail them to you at 
your expense

Extra Persons 
All accommodations are made for a 4 person occupancy per rate quotes 
(cabins will sleep 6.) A $10.00 per person, per day charge will be 
charged for more than 4 people with a maximum of 6 guests per cabin 
at any one time. No extra persons will be allowed in or on the 
property above the original check-in occupancy. The MANAGER must 
approve any extra persons PRIOR to check-in. If approved, each extra 
person will be charged $20 per person, per day. An extra person is 
defined as any person that will be in or on the property for a period 
of more than 3 hours. The signer CANNOT sub-let, sub-lease or offer 
the property to any third party.

We Do Not Furnish... 
Beach towels, soap for bathing or shampoo. There is no housekeeping 
service or room service of any kind during your stay. If there is a 
problem we will be happy to take care of it at anytime. The towels 
provided are all that you will have (unless you are staying for a 
week).

NO Pets 
Pets are not allowed in cabins at anytime!! Pets are only allowed 
leashed on the RV sites. NO EXCEPTIONS. A local kennel is available 
at reasonable rates during your stay. You will be evicted from the 
property immediately with no refund if any unauthorized pets are 
discovered on the premises. A $200 fee will be charged to your credit 
card if you are found to have had a pet inside the cabin.

NO Smoking In The cabins
Smoking is not permitted in ANY of the cabins at any time. You may 
smoke on the porch only if cigarette butts are disposed of in the 
small bucket provided on all porches. NOT IN THE CABIN. This will 
keep our new cabins fresh and comfortable for all our guests. We 
encourage proper disposal of cigarette butts!! PLEASE DO NOT THROW 
THEM IN THE LAKE. You will be subject to a $200 cleaning fee to cover 
the cost of removing ANY smoke odor from the cabin. You will incur 
additional cleaning fees if cigarette butts are left in the yard or 
on the property. You will be evicted immediately if you are found to 
be smoking in the cabin during your stay. No Exceptions. DON'T ASK.

NO Fireworks or Fire Arms 
Due to insurance risk, fireworks or Fire Arms of ANY KIND including 
sparklers are prohibited from being discharged on the property at any 
time. Local seasonal fireworks displays are provided for your 
enjoyment at no charge. Due to the laws in Missouri concerning 
CONCEAL & CARRY, we are notifying you in writing, and made part of 
this agreement, NO CONCEALED FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED IN OR ON ANY RENTED 
PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. Violators will be evicted from the property 
IMMEDIATELY with no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS, DON'T ASK.

Boat Dock 
Each CABIN, unless otherwise specified will have available at least 
one covered boat slip that can accommodate most boats at an 
additional fee of $20 per water craft per 1 to 24 hour period. This 
also includes rented watercraft. A watercraft is defined as ANYTHING 
WITH A HULL, motorized or non-motorized. Please keep all recreational 
swimming at the swim dock. No unsafe behavior will be permitted on or 
near the boat dock.

Observed Tranquility 
Observed tranquility will be from 10 P.M. to 8 A.M. Sunday through 
Thursday, and 11 P. M. to 8 A.M. Friday and Saturday. Outdoor noise 
and excessive music, etc. should be discontinued during this time. No 
Keg parties, Bachelor parties or College Frat parties will be allowed 
at any property. If you are under the age of 30, there will be 
no "All Guys Vacation" permitted. You will be evicted from the 
property immediately with no refund if there is an incident. This 
properties IS IN A residential neighborhood. Please respect your 
neighbors during your stay.

Misrepresentation 
Management reserves the right to turn away any renter that has been 
found to misrepresent information without refund.

Liability 
We expect that all persons in your party will use good judgment. We 
will not be responsible under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for accidents caused 
by you or any of your guests at any time. By signing this agreement, 
you the signer agree to hold harmless PEACEFUL VALLEY RESORT L.L.C. 
from ANY liability resulting from any injury or accident of any guest 
incurred during your stay. Furthermore, YOU THE credit card holder 
will be solely responsible in the event of damage, destruction or 
missing items in or on the property either by you or ANY OF YOUR 
GUESTS. Additional cleaning fees may be charged at a rate of $45 per 
hour in the event the property is left extremely untidy. In the 
unlikely event of a lawsuit to recover for damaged or stolen 
property, or any other unforeseeable loss, YOU THE credit card holder 
agree to pay all Attorney's fees, collection costs, and all court 
costs involved. YOU THE credit card signer agree that any lawsuit 
initiated by you or us concerning the enforcement of this contract 
will be governed by the laws of Missouri and be litigated in Camden 
County, Missouri. The MANAGER reserves the right to enter the 
premises at any time. The Manager reserves the right to evict any 
tenant at any time for noncompliance of this Agreement. There will be 
no refunds in the event of early departure or eviction.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the entire amount 
of loss including but not limited to the actual replacement or 
repair, labor and tax, additional cleaning fees, canceled reservation 
administrative fees plus the entire amount of any rental fees not 
paid by you if you do not follow through with your reservation and no 
cancellation is provided according to the above terms, or any other 
applicable service fees. You also agree to be otherwise financially 
responsible in the event your credit card is rejected by the credit 
card company or by you. No credits, refunds or any other type of 
compensation will be given to renter in the event of power failure, 
interruption of TV or telephone service, appliance malfunction, 
undesirable weather, early departure or any other unforeseen 
circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations
Any cancellation received prior to 30 days upon arrival, will have a 
full refund of deposit. Deposit is nonrefundable with any 
cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. $125.00 (one 
day cabin fee) will be charged per cabin if a deposit is not recieved 
on cancelled reservations of 3 or less days. $250.00 (two day cabin 
fee) will be charged per cabin if a deposit is not recieved on 
cancelled reservations of 3 or more days.

Rates and Policies are subject to change. We apologize for any 
inconvenience.
