Welcome home to Moonlight Ranch! This Sunrise Mountain vacation 
rental is perfect for your Vegas vacation. Everyone from the Cosbys 
to the Bundys will enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home with 
amazing Strip views.  Moonlight Ranch is tucked away near sprawling 
desert mountains in a gated community less than 9 miles from the 
Strip.  Pack up the kids, Moonlight Ranch is a very family-oriented 
vacation rental, with everything you need awaiting you!  

This rental is also quite suitable for business travelers who would 
enjoy a peaceful location.  There is convenient access to the 
Convention Center, the Strip, downtown Las Vegas, UNLV, Nellis Air 
Force Base, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Sam Boyd Stadium and Henderson. 

This house is great for entertaining, with the open layout of the 
kitchen, dining and living areas.  This is not, however,  a “party” 
or “frat” house, as this is a nice, quiet neighborhood.  We expect 
all guests to respect the home and area.  Smoking is not allowed in 
the house and is permitted on the patio only.

Moonlight Ranch is a pet-friendly vacation rental.

The living room features a 62” television with cable, ample seating- 
complete with a Lazy Boy for Dad (or Mom!). There is a book library, 
with materials for adults and children, as well as a DVD library, 
with over 100 titles for adults, family and children.  

Master bedroom with bathroom, dual sinks and walk-in closet. Balcony 
is off the master with city view. Queen size bed, reading lamps, 
rocking chair and ceiling fan.
We also keep a queen sized raised inflatable mattress in the 
closet,with linens, which can be set up downstairs to accomodate more 
guests.

Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed, reading lamp and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed (twin size mattresses) and ceiling fan.
