This apartment has just been renewed in October 2009, and is located
on the first floor of a three floors cute building steps away from
the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce.
The area is a very central, still very not so touristy, and only 5
minutes away from the fantastic Sant'Ambrogio market, the place where
Florentines families staying in this side of the city, love to go
buying their groceries.
The apartment is a quiet first floor apartment (one floor up), in a
total of 6 apartments in the building.
It has a nice entrance in the living room, equipped with a 6 people
glass dining table, a brand new and high quality double sofa bed, a
32" flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a shower, and the fully equipped kitchen is
separated from the living room and from the bedroom. It has 4 gas
stoves, oven, microvawe, Italian and American coffee maker, fridge
and freezer.
The bedroom next door is a quiet double bedroom with a nice brand new
wardrobe. The apartment offers WIFI internet connection, washing
machine, and is rented fully equipped with linens and towels, and all
utensils.

Next to the fntastic Piazza Santa Croce, the area is maybe the more
Florentine area of the centre in Florence, 5 minutes away to the Sant
Ambrogio market, great for grouceries, closed to the flea market, to
shops, restaurants and bars, and all city sites, but very quiet
street.

Rates |
|
The 115 Euro per day rate is for a minimum stay of 3 days, we can
offer discounts for longer stays, if less then a week.
The 600 Euro per week rate can be reduced if stays are longer then a
week and below a month.
The 1200 Euro per month rate can be discounted if the lenght of stay
is 3 months or longer.
To reserve the unit is request a 150 Euro payment that is fully
refundable if the cancellation arrives with at least 60 days prior to
check in date.
There is a security deposit, that varies depends on lenght of stay.
