- Stays less than 7 days, TAX is 14.75%, plus $3.50/day ( per NYC tax

- $500 Refundable damage deposit due 30 days before check-in and will 
be returned minus damages, if any
- To hold the apartment a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental 
is required. The balance must be paid one month before arrival. I 
will send you an email invoice. The deposit invoice will stay valid 
for 4 days and then will be canceled if payment is not received.
