Welcome to our 3 level hillside villa in the beautiful Alta Vista area
of Puerto Vallarta. 'Casa Del Perro Azul' (The House of the Blue Dog)
is a 3500 sq foot privately owned property containing 4 bedrooms, 4
baths, and one study (with sleeper). Bed sizes are 1 King, 1 Queen, 1
Double/Matrimonial, 2 Twins, and 1 Sleeper. The open air concept on
the first floor allows for amazing bay breezes to flow throughout the
villa. The beach, endless restaurants, businesses, shopping, and
nightlife, are all within a few blocks walking distance. Our home is a
charming brick and stone construction typical of Mexican hacienda.
Whether looking out from any of our 5 balconies, gazing towards the
water during breakfast, or watching a beautiful setting sun from the
heated pool, views in every direction are unmatched. From the
mountains behind us, to the beautiful blue Bay of Banderas in the
west, you will find panoramic views in every direction. Each evening,
you'll have your own personal view of those last few moments of the
day before the sun slides into the horizon, followed by the
spectacular fireworks show in the bay each and every night at 9pm.
All our beds are new and comfortable. Each bedroom (and study) comes
with a new, modern air conditioning unit if you need it. Typically,
due to the hillside location, we enjoy slightly cooler weather than
those who stay down on the beach area, which is definitely a plus in
the evening time. Half-day maid service is provided Monday through
Saturday. Private chefs are available for food service at additional
cost.
