Papayitas has 6 units. 2 large lofts & 4 singles.  Built in 2005 to 
American standards by contractor/owner.

Construction is solid concrete and block with tile 
roofs and stucco. Including hot h20 on demand in each 
unit, mini split a/c units .

Tile floors and counter tops thru out,including private balcony's, 
full baths with large walk in showers , closets , off street 
parking , security walk in entry gate, security fencing at perimeter,
along with good lighting.

Clean quite and safe , no need for car , 5 minute walk to Tamarindo 
town center, beach's, surfing , stores, restaurants, clubs, bars, 
banks, markets, doctors ect..

All units large and small come with identical fully tiled baths 
with hot water,  large walk in tiled shower with bench seat.

Kitchens are similar, they are fully tiled, w fridge, electrical 
cook tops, hot H2o , fans, with large sink windows 
looking into park land,

All units have a/c with 2 ceiling fans, comes with quality queen beds 
and box springs, single beds are available, bedding, towels, coffee, 
toaster,fridge w freezer and stocked with dish and kitchen ware .

All units have color TV with cable and wireless on site. Large units 
have 42" flat screens and dvd player. sofa and coffee
table. 

Maid service included.

Small units average $45 per night, 2 persons  
Large units average $75 per night, up to 4 persons 
Min 3 night stay preferred 
Refundable damage/key deposit required = to daily rate. PIF on arrival

50% to secure dates, balance & deposit upon check in.

Rates will adjust slightly with peak high season and holidays
