Wow - We thought the neighbourhood offered many pleasant 
opportunities for walking and had no difficulties on the ocassions we 
chose to walk right into downtown. The bed was even more comfortable 
than ours back home and we liked the soaker tub and walk-in shower 
expecially after a long hike. And laundry facilities - so convient. 
I'm a serious cook and found the kitchen a pleasure to work in (great 
counter space and high-quality appliances...very well thought out) 
Can't forget our hosts Bob & Elizabeth, with whom we enjoyed many 
conversations, and as dog-lovers we appreciated the ability 
to "borrow" Noah. All in all; plenty of amenities, a lovely suite, 
and we will certainly be back!

Thanks so much for saving our vacation. This location was a beautiful 
base camp for us to go out and shoot photos of local wildlife. I even 
go some deer on Joan Street eating daylilies.

Lori; Thank you for your help in setting up our rental at the 
wonderful studio on Manor this past weekend. Unfortunately Sherilyn 
couldn't come up, but I had a great weekend and really appreciated 
the apartment..I talked with Bob and Elizabeth and told them how much 
I liked the unit, expecially their Northwest coast artwork. Bob went 
out of his way to come down one morning with his computer to help me 
figure out my best odds for catching a ferry off the island. The 
rental and furnishings were perfect for me, and for my friends that 
came over Saturday night for a pre-race dinner. We had a great 
marathon and and great weather.

You're right--it took some urging to get me out of downtown, but I 
lovec this location and will do it again. One more comment; I really 
appreciate a rental with nice quality wine glasses. I appreciated 
some good wine after the race and nice glasses really help the 
enjoyment. Its a great rental, just don't market it so heavily that 
we can't get in next time.

This new, modern suite is well located for the sophisticated walking 
tourist. The Manor Suite off Rockland features a large one bedroom 
suite, a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with flat screen TV, a 
very large bathroom with both a deep soaker bathtub and separate walk-

The Manor Suite off Rockland is close to all the major Victoria 
attractions. Craigdarroch Castle, the Lieutenant Govenors House and 
the Victoria Art Gallery are all less than a 5 minute walk away. Walk 
to the Dallas Road waterfront, or the Inner Harbour in 15 minutes to 
see the Royal BC Museum, the Legislative Buildings or to eat at one 
of the many fine restaurants the city centre has to offer.

Deposit:
50% Deposit with Booking, Balance 7 Days before Arrival.
A deposit or credit card guarantee is required to hold a reservation
Deposit is refundable if cancellation is recieved 7 days prior to 
arrival for stays less than 7 days.
A 14 day cancellation is required for Holidays and for stays of 7 
days or more.

Damage Deposit:
$500.00 seperate damage deposit on arrival.
