The community offers many amenities including 3 heated pools and kiddy
pools, (Choctaw pool is a few blocks away!) 2 large lakes, 4 beaches,
playgrounds, welcome center usage including computers with free
internet and net access if you want to use your own laptop and 24/7
security.
There are additional fees paid by the Renter to Arrowhead Lakes: Gate
Pass: $25.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay (license and
registration required). Arrowhead Lakes security patrols 24 hours a
day. *Amenity Badges are only required from Memorial Day through Labor
Day. These fees are not negotiable, must be paid to Arrowhead Lakes
Community Association. They are a mandatory security measure.
Daily Badges - $7.50 per person per day
Weekly Badges - $25.00 per person„«
One Month„« - $60.00 per person
Two Months - $75.00 per person„«
Three Months - $90.00 per person
Tenants must pay $25 for each vehicle for gate key
