Great family retreat on 6 acres at the end of a quiet private road, 
overlooking Wellfleet Harbor with all amenities including , private 
beach, within a fifteen minute walk over Uncle Tim's Bridge to the 
village center. It is no more than a ten minute ride to all of the 
many beaches and superb ponds. All types of boat rentals are 
available nearby along with charter boats for sport fishing. The town 
has summer recreational programs for children and the Audubon 
Sanctuary has programs. (These classes fill quickly and enrollment 
needs to be done as soon as possible.) There is a new summer theater 
just a ten minute walk from the house and summer theater in 
Provincetown and Orleans, 20 minutes away. Movie theater is ten 
minutes by car.
