Envigado is one of the most saught after areas in Medellin.  The 
condo is located on the top floor of a 5 floor building just minutes 
away from Poblado Plaza the richest area in Medellin.  Light & airey 
quiet, SAFE, peaceful...in walking distance to practically 
everything: park, restaurants, spa, gym, night life, bus stop to the 
metro is right outside, taxis, you name it!  It can't get any more 
convenient.  

I do want to let you know that there is no elevator.  Don't let this 
discourage you though.  The stairs are very easy to walk up.  I just 
wanted to mention this to anyone who may have a handicap - I believe 
honesty is the best policy.  I have owned a vacation property before 
and I have also been a renter - I want people to have a great time on 
their holiday so anything I can do to assist I am here to help.

*Be careful of where you rent in Medellin.  The views may look great 
but some of the areas are VERY hilly with nothing around in walking 
distance which = cab = $$

For a nominal fee, a family member who was born and raised lives 
around the corner and is available for sightseeing tours, shopping, 
errands (food shopping), etc.  

EVERYTHING is BRAND NEW!  3 bedrooms all with full size beds, sleeper 
sofa in living room overlooking a gorgeous view of Poblado Plaza, 
Full kitchen, mud room w/washing machine, balcony, 2 full bathrooms, 
dining room.  

32" LCD Flatscreen TV, DVD in the living room.

Master Bedroom has a smaller LCD Flatscreen TV.

Kitchen includes all new pots, pans, cutlery, blender (to make 
delicious fresh juices).

DECEMBER - Los Alumbrados - a spectacular festival where lights are 
displayed down, across, around the river.  Vendors sell local items,

The activities are endless.  Outside the city is the Pinon - a must 
see - look it up and you'll agree.

A security deposit is required to hold the date.  This will be 
returned 1-2 weeks after the departure of the condo.  

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

If there is a need to cancel you will receive a full refund 
providing I am given ample time to re-rent in the busy season.
