the renter will be deducted from the deposit & balance returned 
within 30 days. 

Refundable $500 security deposit required.

A 30 day notice of cancellation is required for all rentals. Refunds 
of rental security deposit will be evaluated on a case by case basis 
with final decision to be made by owner.
