This Beachview resort is centrally located on North 75th Ave and 
North Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach. This spacious townhouse offers 3 
bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths of living space on three floors. This 
townhouse features a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with 
cookware and utensils, Microwave, full size Refrigerator, coffee 
maker, Ice Maker. There are four color cable TVs with DVD and VCR 
players, one in each bedroom and a 27inch TV in the living room. A 
washer/dryer in the unit, central Heat/Air, a security safe, and 
telephone.   On site amenities include a private pool at your 
doorstep. While only a very short walk to the beach (350 feet)! This 
three bedroom will sleep 8-10 people, with 2 full size beds in the 
master bedroom, 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, and 2 twin 
size beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Wireless internet 
service is also included.

A private pool for this Townhouse beachview resort. Free 
Communications WiFi (Wireless Internet). A security safe inside unit. 
And off street parking and Motorcycles are permitted.

The Property Offers Easy Access to over 100 Golf Courses Golf, 
Entertainment, Theaters, Carolina Opry and Dixie Stampede, Shopping 
and local area Attractions. 
We are also located minutes from the new Tanger Outlet Mall,which 
boasts stores such as Polo, Ann Taylor Loft, Gap, Guess, Coach, and 
much more. 
Also nearby Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Nascar Speedpark, 
Ripley's Aquarium, The Palace Theatre, Super Walmart, and  Barefoot 
Landing,  . 
The Townhouse resort complex is on the corner of North Ocean Blvd and 
North 75th Ave with off street parking only 350 feet from beach, and 
private pool at your doorstep.

Minimum stay 3 Nights

Peak season reservations are from Saturday to Saturday only. Peak 
season starts June 1st through September.

All other months can be rented on a daily (3 nights minimum), weekly 
or monthly rate. Winter monthly rates start in October.

Weekly rates vary depending on season from $550 - $1630 

check-in is after 3pm,  check-out is 10 am

A security deposit is required and is refundable if all is left in 
order after check out. 

I use a local rental agency to manage my townhouse which is three 
blocks away from the unit. They provide you with the keys to the unit 
and they do the inspection and maid service. I prefer if you send me 
an email this way I can reply with any additional information you 
require and I copy the Rental Agency which provides the rate for the 
dates you request.If you have any questions or issues you can contact 
me or go directly to the Rental Agency. Their toll free number is
listed above.  You will need to tell them that you are interested in
Ocean Dunes Townhouse unit 8. They are very helpful and also provide
additional services, such as golf packages.

Linens are not furnished in this unit but are available for a fee. 
Blankets and pillows are supplied for all beds and the sofa bed. 
Linen rentals are available at a cost of $15 per person, per package. 
Basic supply includes 3 bath towels, 2 washcloths & the appropriate 
bed linen, bath mats and dish towels. Cleaning supplies are not 
furnished, such as paper products, soap, dishwasher detergent, 
cleaners.
