The spacious resort home is newly renovated and tastefully 
decorated.  Bamboo, tile, and cork flooring compliment the 
comfortable furniture and interesting artwork.  Included in the more 
than 1,500 square feet of space are a loft with a desk and a computer 
with a high speed cable internet connection.

After a full day of exploration and recreation on the Garden Isle, 
come home to a large screen HDTV connected to premium Hi-Def cable 
service with HBO, Showtime and more than 300 other channels.  And if 
nothing on cable interests you, there’s a DVD player too.  Or enjoy 
premium audio entertainment with the Bose Wave sound system and a 
collection of CDs.

The home has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two bathrooms.  
The beds are appointed with 600-thread count cotton sheets.  The 
kitchen has new stainless appliances and is fully equipped with 
cookware.  There is a compact washer and dryer.  Beachgoers can use 
the back-pack/folding beach chairs.

Views from the condo feature lushly landscaped gardens, waterfalls 
and rock gardens, and glimpses of rolling pasture, blue ocean, golf 
courses, and verdant mountains.

a ground level entrance with a second story.  No other units are 
situated above.  Parking is available about 25 feet from the front

The condo is part of the Puamana residences in the luxurious 
Princeville resort on Kauai’s north shore.  In the Hawaiian language, 
Puamana means Bird of Paradise.  Our home is steps away from the 
brand new Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas.  Waterfalls, a lava 
rock garden, a wooden bridge, and lush tropical plantings welcome 
visitors to the exclusive resort and provide a backdrop to the view 
from the bedroom lanais at the condo.  The Westin resort is just 
steps away and features an excellent restaurant, poolside cocktail 
bars and a general store.

Puamana is bordered by the third fairway of the Makai Ocean golf 
course and the sixth fairway of the Prince Golf Course, which is 
rated by Golf Digest as the No. 1 course in Hawaii.

A path leading to the west end of Anini Beach begins just a few feet 
from the front door of the condo.  Eight minutes of walking down the 
steep bluff will reward you with a secluded sandy beach with good 
snorkeling sheltered by a coral reef.  Princeville is within a 10-
mile radius of a dozen excellent beaches.

Discounted Rate Special! $99/day with a 7-day minimum (regular rate 
is $140).  $110/day for 6 or less days (regular rate is $155).  There 
is a $135 cleaning charge plus 12.42% state tax and a $300 refundable 
security deposit. 

Holiday Rates for reservations that include any of the dates 
11/24/2009-11/30/2009 and 12/22/2009-01/03/2010.  Minimum 7 days. 
$125/day (regular rate is $160).
