away. Lots of hiking and biking areas around the lake and on the
mountain. Horseback riding 5 miles east. Also, an Alpine slide,
Performing Arts Center, Discovery Center, golf and zoo Big Bear
Village has quaint shops,two theaters,and many restaurants. Other
stores include Vons, Stater Bros., K-Mart, drug stores and two Starbucks.
