bath (with no steps) are located on the first floor.  First floor is 
all tile for easy beach living with hardwood on second. Maximum 3 car 
overnight parking. NON SMOKING

Cable TVs, DVD, VCR, gas grill, central A/C and window units, 
ceiling fans in all rooms, Large dining table seats 10-12. No phone. 
No dryer.  Washer/Dishwasher available.  Outside cold shower.

Short walk to beachside restaurants, 5 miles to historic, lovely 
Charleston with national forts, beautiful plantations and rich 
history. World class golf courses and outlet malls.  

$1200.00 a week plus 11.5% local tax,138  and $120.00 cleaning 
feeplus $250 refundable security deposit. Total weekly rent is 1458 
Check in after 4 on Saturday with check-out by 10 AM the 
following Saturday.  Penalty of $100 hr. for late check out. 
Percsonal or Cashier's Check or money order. Deposit of non-refunable 
$250 due at time of booking. Remaining one half(729 ) due 4 weeks 
prior to arrival date with remainder $729  due 10 days prior to 
occupancy.  If check-out is satisfactory security amount of $ 250 
will be refunded.
