House that flows into your own, secluded playground. Here, you can

swimming pool and indulge in the steamy hot tub, with the blue
Pacific and your own, pulsating waterfall as spectacular backdrops.
With your exclusive beach access, you can also lounge on the golden
sand in the warm Maui sun or gaze at the explosion of stars at night
in the crystal-clear sky.This beach house comes equipped with a full
kitchen, living room and an oversized lanai leading to the backyard.
The interior recently received some soft upgrades including new
carpet, paint, kitchen countertops. The bathrooms were redone and
new living room furniture put in.

The Royal Beach House is conveniently located next to Whalers Village
which hosts world class shopping and fantastic beachfront
restaurants. Kaanapali Golf Resort is a 2 minute drive away with two
18-hole golf courses. Lahaina Town is a quick 12 minute drive south,
giving you access to cute souvenir shops, spectacular art galleries,
and a pleathora of dining options. Other activities within 15 minutes
of the resort include but are not limited to tennis, snorkeling,
surfing, hiking, horseback riding, ATV Tours, and sport fishing.

Rates |
|
Standard season rates are as follows: 1 night, $2500; 2 nights,
$1800; 3 or more nights, $1500. Standard season is from April 13-June
11 and August 16-December 16, 2009.
Prime season rates are as follows: 1 night, $2900; 2 nights, $2000; 3
or more nights, $1800. Prime season is from January 16-April 12, June
12-August 15, and December 17-21, 2009.
All rates are plus tax and based on quadruple occupancy.
Due to the unique, mixed use capabilities of our Royal Lahaina Resort
Beach House, special guidelines have been established for the use of
this unit. The resort does require that all guests booking our Beach
House review and agree to the special conditions that have been
established for this unit. Guidelines are given when making your
reservation.
