A great neighborhood for walking and biking, it's 45 minutes to an 
hour from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and only about 
20 minutes from shopping, movies and entertainment - whether you 
choose to head to the new areas near Austin, or in the other 
direction to Marble Falls, Texas.

This neighborhood has 3 pools (one within 100 yards of the townhome), 
tennis courts, and a boat ramp.  However, when the lake is severly 
low, the ramp is not accessible, so please be sure to ask if this is 
important to you.

The townhome has a TV/DVD player and a small stock of movies, as well 
as some books.  All the standard kitchen amenities and appliances - 
stove, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, etc.

There is a propane grill as well.

Lake Travis

Great BBQ from Opie's BBQ is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the 
heartiest breakfast you can imagine at Bluebonnet Cafe in Marble 
Falls, about 20 minutes away.

Stone House Vineyard and Spicewood Winery:  Two wineries within 10 
minutes!

Mountain Bike at Muleshoe Bend State Park:  7 miles of intermediate 
level singletrack, with 4 bailouts that allow you to ride as little 
or much as you enjoy!  Only 4 miles from the townhome to the entrance 
to the park!

for a thrilling eco-adventure, where you fly through the canopy of 
old growth cypress trees, some up to 100 feet tall. A new world

Krause Springs:  Krause Springs, 34 miles west of Austin in 
Spicewood, is possibly the most beautiful swimming hole in the state. 
Situated on a bluff overlooking Cypress Creek, Krause Springs is 
actually two swimming holes in one, lined with towering cypress trees 
and a waterfall coming over a cliff covered with ferns.  The site is 
listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was probably 
used by Native Americans for centuries before white settlers arrived.
There are 32 springs throughout the campground, which made it perfect 
for the original Native American residents and now benefits latter-
day campers and swimmers. Two springs feed the 70' by 20' swimming 
pool at a rate of 70 gallons a minute at a temperature of about 70 
degrees. The springs have never slowed down, even during severe 
drought.

The new Hill Country Galleria Mall in Bee Caves:  You can stay in 
the "wilderness" but still access big-city shopping in 20 minutes.  
This trendy new shopping area is an outdoor retail center built 
around a main street, and includes a movie theater, Barnes and Noble, 
restaurants, and many of your favorite retail shops.

Marble Falls, TX:  Enjoy the main street shops of this small Texas 
town on the Colorado river, and don't miss Bluebonnet Cafe for 
breakfast!  About 20 minutes from the townhome.

Johnson City, TX:  Hit some more small shops, try their chicken fried 
steak, and head up the road just a bit farther to see LBJ's family 
home.  About 35 minutes from the townhome.

$150 per night for 2 adults.  Book 6 nights and get the 7th night 
free!

Additional $35 cleaning fee for each stay.

There is a 2-night minimum.  For holidays, there is a 3-night minimum 
and the holiday rate is $175 per night.  4 adults is the maximum 
occupancy and requires an additional fee.

One night's deposit must be paid at booking.  The entire balance must 
be paid at least one week before your reservation.
