June 16-August 29 Weekly rentals 1100 dollars 
Three-day rentals (Friday 11 a.m. to Sunday at 12 p.m.) 775 dollars

Venetian Festival week and 4th of July weekly rentals 1250 dollars
Three-day rentals (Friday 11 a.m. to Sunday at 12 p.m.) 975 dollars

50 dollar cleaning fee added to each rate.

A security deposit of 500 dollars is required a week prior to rental 
which will be returned immediately if there's no damage to the house 
or property and no evidence of pets or smoke.

A 200 dollar rental deposit is reqiured at the time of booking and 
full payment one week prior to rental minus the 200 deposit.

Cancellation:  Deposit will be forfeited if rental is cancelled 
within FOURTEEN (14) calendar days prior to rental.
