This is the first time this house is being rented and it is in mint
condition. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus an
outside shower.
There is a long driveway that fits four cars plus ample street
parking.
The house is located 0.8 miles to the Spring Lake Beaches and
downtown Spring Lake.
The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy and comes with a gas
grill. It is furnished with teak chairs and tables and has a four
person table with an umbrella. There are three decks off of this
house. The front deck has an awning and white wicker.
The largest bedroom has a queen size mattress, a walk in closet and
a private deck. The bathroom has a claw foot tub, a separate shower
and a separate toilet area.
The second bedroom has a queen size mattress, and a large closet as
well as a linen closet. The attached bathroom has a tub and shower.
The third bedroom has a queen size mattress and a large closet.
The third bathroom is off of the family room and has a stall shower.
There is a queen size pull out couch in the family room.
The house is being rented for $23,500 for the summer or monthly for
$9,000. A weekly cleaning service is included in the price however
all cable and utilities are to be paid for by the renter.

The house has central A/C, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, brand
new stove and refrigerator, microwave, DVD player and a stereo.
There is also a barely used crib that can be set up if one is
interested.
