BOOKING DEPOSIT
Deposit of 50% of rent will be required to book the home which is non
refundable unless owner can rent out unit and deposit will be refunded.
By way of Money order or Paypal.  
                                    

FINAL PAYMENT
Due on arrival must be in cash or cert check if paying on credit card
must be paid for 24 hours in advance of arrival date via pay pal.

SERVICE CHARGE
A 3% service charge will be applied if paid via pay pal which covers
credit card charges.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A credit card imprint will be taken at time of arrival for damage and
security deposit.

CLEANING
There is a $150.00 cleaning charge which covers the unit when you
leave. You do not have to worry about cleaning of linen or towels or
cleaning of the bathrooms or floors I just request that you leave the
home in reasonable condition.
