Cayman Conch Quest is a beautiful oceanfront condo in the much-
desired district of Rum Point/Cayman Kai.
Situated just 75 feet from the ocean, here you will find some of the
best snorkeling and scuba diving on the island.
Our condo is part of the North Pointe Condominium complex, which
consists of ten vacation condos -- all privately owned and equally
well-maintained. Our condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated in
a tropical motif.
Our first-floor condo features awesome ocean views of the
Caribbean Sea throughout the condo. The condo's back door opens off
of the screened-in lanai onto a private deck,
where you can enjoy the natural white, sandy semiprivate beach and
ocean breezes. As you are leaving the condo to head off on your own
day excursions, keep your eyes and ears alert and you may catch sight
of the Cayman Parrots that reside in the trees near the condo. They
are most active in the early mornings.
This spacious tropic retreat is a two-bedroom/two-bath condo that
offers 1,250 square feet of living space, and has comfortable
accommodations for up to six guests. It is a new building, having
been completely rebuilt after suffering heavy damage by Hurricane
Ivan in 2004. This is our vacation home and we constantly keep it
updated,hoping that you will get the feeling of being in your own
home away from home. Other features include all-new appliances. New
bedroom and lanai furniture. Cable TV with premium channels, DVD
player and CD Stereo are located in the living room entertainment
center. There is also a TV and DVD player in the master bedroom for
watching your favorite TV program or DVD in the comfort of your bed.
Internet access is included for your convenience. Central air
conditioning will keep you comfortable throughout your stay. There
are also ceiling fans in each room as well as in the lanai.
There is a new Superior Plush West Coast King mattress in the master
bedroom, and two new premium twin mattresses in the guest bedroom.
The private en-suite master bathroom has a large tiled tub and
shower. The guest bedroom twin mattresses can be converted easily,
upon request, into a king-size bed. This bedroom has an en-suite
bathroom, with over-sized walk-in shower, with a second door that
also opens up into the living room. Each bathroom has its own supply
of linens and a built-in hairdryer as well. Both bedrooms have
sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai. Additional sleeping
accommodations include a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The lanai is furnished with reclining patio chairs and ottomans for
the occasional afternoon nap after a busy day at the beach or pool.
Beach/pool towels, beach chairs, sand mats, beach bags and umbrellas
are all supplied for your use so that you may enjoy a relaxing
afternoon on the beach. A medium sized cooler is alo available to
take refreshments along on your day excursions.
