Luxury Snowcrest Condominium. This unit was remodeled in 2008.
Snowcrest condominiums are across the street from Park City Mountain
Resort. The condo is also across the street from the Park City golf
course where you can golf in the summer or cross country ski in the
winter.
There is a TV with a stereo and DVD player, a TV, and a wood burning
fireplace. There is a heated pool and hot tub on the premises. There
is a balcony with some views of the ski mountain in the winter. (In
the summer the aspen trees block much of the view)
The condominium is a single level corner unit and is located on the
second floor. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a living
room with a fold-out leather couch with a queen size bed. The unit
sleeps four comfortably. Because the condo is a corner unit, it is
located away from the main road which many condominiums in this
complex border.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven,
microwave, blender, utensils, plates, etc.
The condo is located right on the free shuttle route which will take
you most anywhere in town as well as The Canyons and Deer Valley Ski
Areas.
There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at
this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the
street from Park City Mountain Resort which offers skiing in the
winter and hiking, biking, alpine slide, horseback riding, and rides
in the summer time. The mountain is across the street which also
makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.
Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged
by commercial management companies. A 25% deposit is required with
all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final
payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your
booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are
open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled
arrival (only applies December 15th through April 15th).
