beautiful stretch on the Toccoa River. Spend the day,weekend, or 
week fishing, dinning and camp fires with smores and hot dogs. Enjoy 
the out door firepit, ride the Historic Blue Ridge Train and shop all 
the wonderful antique shops in our own Historic Downtown Blue 
Ride. Lots for the kids to do too. Playground surrounded by the 
glorious mountains and nature. See the deer run in the fields and

Lil Bears comes with: kitchenette(no stove), refrigerator,microwave, 
toaster,coffee pot,sink, dish and glassware,cookware,utencils and a 
George Foreman grill.BBQ propane grill, private hot tub,chimanaya and 
wood, log king bed that can be seperated into twins(2), queen 
upgraded sleeper sofa and a twin air mattress,full bath, private deck 
with outside eating/sitting area,all linenes supplied, satelite TV, 
DVD players, internet wireless DSL and HOT Fresh cooked breakfasts' 
every morning. We also offer romantic packages for those special 
weekends and coffee specials for our coffee lovers.If you forgot it 
we can supply it service as well.

Historic Blue Ridge Train, antique shopping, fine dinning,movies, 
drive in movies,hiking, waterfalls, wildlife preserves, scenic 
drives,historic tri - state museums, zoo, and aquariums. Water

Lil Bears House rates are $95.00 per night, 1 night rentals 
available. Pets and children are welcomed at Lil Bears House. Our 
weekly rate $570.00, stay 6 and get the 7th night free. We offer 
specials all year long. Stay 3 nights and the 4th night is free. Does 
not apply to any holidays.
