Our house is a NON-SMOKING, cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished & 
equipped for your stay. There is a queen-sized bed in each bedroom 
and a bonus room/den which is also climate-controlled. 
The laundry room is in the garage. The house is centrally 
located in the village of Silver Lakes across the Hwy of 441 near 
Spanish Springs which has free entertainment & dancing 7 nights a 
week with 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour. You can get there by golf 
cart which can be rented nearby.  No need for a car, you can even get 
to the grocery store in the golf cart! 

The Villages of Florida" is a very active, 55+ retirement community 
centrally located in the heart of Florida convenient to all of 
Florida's famous tourist attractions and approximately 55 minutes NW 
of the Orlando International Airport. If your not familiar with the 
Villages, FL, if you visit once, this will be the place you aim to 
live!! It is a mecca for outdoor and indoor activities. Two guest 
passes for access to basic guest amenities including free golf on 15 
Executive courses, access to several beautiful recreation centers and 
a private residents' club and restaurant with nightly entertainment 
and dancing are provided.  Two resident IDs providing access to 
Championship Golf Courses and Country Club Pools are available for 
length of stay for a $50 transfer fee payable to The Villages

**The Villages offers over 300 activities for you to enjoy. It has 24 
Executive Golf Courses and 9 Championship Golf Courses. In additon, 
there are 20 pools, spas, tennis, bocci ball, billiards, pickleball, 
shuffleboard, archery, baseball, basketball, arts & crafts, dancing 
lessons (including line dancing), all kinds of cards, bingo, exercise 
facilities, bicycling, nature walks, and 2 movie theatres and 2 
Bowling alleys. Plus many more activities. There are lots of nearby 
Lakes for fishing, in addition to wild-life preserves. There is even 
Horse Polo.

Would consider home exchange within the Florida beach communities. 
Especially ocean front or gulf front, i.e. Sanibel, Captiva, Marco, 
or the Keys, during the May through October time periods of each year.
Also, NC Outer Banks.  Any other offers would be considered.
